FBI Jackson said it joined the Hinds County Sheriff’s Office at the Hinds County Warriors Summer Camp in Hinds County, Mississippi, where campers learned about safe online surfing, personal safety and career opportunities with the FBI.

The FBI’s Jackson field office handles federal investigations and often engages in community outreach aimed at building trust and providing safety information. Local sheriff’s offices such as Hinds County’s also commonly sponsor youth programs and camps intended to teach safety, leadership and awareness.
Programs that cover online safety and personal-protection skills aim to give young people tools to navigate digital risks and understand public-safety careers.
