A Facebook post that expressed support for local schools and community and included the line “Always glad to support our schools and our community. Go Yellow Jackets!” is no longer available, a Facebook notice shows.
The notice explained: “When this happens, it’s usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it’s been deleted.” The post did not identify a specific school or organization.
“Yellow Jackets” is a common mascot name used by many schools and colleges across the United States. Posts like this typically appear around school events, athletic competitions, fundraisers or volunteer efforts and reflect community involvement, but the missing post provides no details about the occasion or participants.
It was not immediately clear who authored the post or which institution the message referred to. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
