Booneville congratulates Officer Clinton Franks on completing training

The City of Booneville congratulated Officer Clinton L. Franks on successfully completing the North Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Course, the city said in a Facebook post. The post said the accomplishment reflects Franks’ dedication, hard work and commitment to serving the Booneville community with professionalism and integrity.

Regional law enforcement training courses such as the North Mississippi program provide basic and continuing education for officers, including instruction on patrol procedures, legal updates, de-escalation, firearms safety and community policing, officials say. Departments often rely on these programs to ensure officers meet state requirements and best practices.

The city said it is proud of Franks and grateful for his service to Booneville residents. Completion of a regional training course can strengthen an officer’s skills and support public safety efforts by reinforcing standards for conduct and response.

Details about the course schedule or Franks’ next assignments were not provided. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
