Mississippi Science Fest set for Sept. 19 at four LeFleur museums

The annual Mississippi Science Fest is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the four museums in the LeFleur Museum District, including the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks’ Museum of Natural Science.

The special Saturday event is focused on promoting science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics subjects and increasing science literacy. Visitors can participate in hands-on activities, watch experiments and explore exhibits.

A $10 ticket provides admission to all four museums during Science Fest. Tickets and additional information are available at mssciencefest.org.
