Juniors and seniors from Baldwyn High School visited the University of North Alabama in Florence, where they explored educational opportunities and toured simulation rooms in the nursing department.
The majority of the students are interested in healthcare careers. During the visit, they learned that UNA can waive out-of-state tuition for qualified students and were surprised to hear that many of the hospital beds in the simulation facilities came from the set of “Grey’s Anatomy.”
