Baldwyn High School students Kyasia McGee, Chloe Shinault, Cameil Williams and Chloe Williams completed a college visit to Itawamba Community College in Fulton, MS, according to the Baldwyn School District.
During the visit, the students met with recruiters and members of the Indian Delegation to learn about what ICC has to offer. They also took a campus tour.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel. A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
