Baldwyn High School senior Addison Wilson recently shadowed workers at Companion Animal Care Center in Saltillo, gaining hands-on exposure to animal care and developing an interest in becoming a veterinary technician.
During the experience, Wilson helped sweep the floor and change the cat litter. Wilson said watching animals get spayed was the most impressive part of the opportunity and noted that working with animals has always been a dream.
