The Kemper County Sheriff’s Office is on scene of a downed aircraft on Highway 397 near Mt. Harmony Road, according to a traffic alert from the agency.
The office asked the public to avoid the area and allow emergency personnel room to work. The agency said it will provide updates as they become available.
