DeSoto County Government marked National Grandparents Day by celebrating grandparents and promoting an upcoming Senior Safety Bingo Bash.
The free event is scheduled for Sept. 23 at the DeSoto County Agri-Education Center. It will feature bingo, prizes and giveaways, along with tips on staying safe from scams and fraud. Doors open at 8 a.m., and games begin at 9 a.m.
