The Baldwyn School District is mourning the deaths of Mary Ellen Starks and Randy Shelley, whom the district described as members of its school community who passed away during the past month.
The district said Starks tutored elementary students in recent years. Shelley provided cleaning services for the district for more than 20 years.

The school district said it appreciates and celebrates their dedication to its students and facilities. It also expressed support for both families during their time of loss.
