Tupelo leads Mississippi High School Football Super 25 rankings

Tupelo is ranked No. 1 in the Mississippi High School Football Super 25 after opening the season 3-0, according to the rankings from Mississippi High School Sports.

Oxford, Starkville and Brookhaven follow at Nos. 2 through 4, with each team also holding a 3-0 record. Gulfport is fifth at 2-0, followed by Warren Central at 3-0.

Oak Grove is No. 7 at 2-1, while Petal is eighth at 3-0. Brandon ranks ninth at 2-1, and Jackson Academy is 10th with a 4-0 record.

Louisville is 11th at 2-1, followed by Madison-Ridgeland Academy at 3-1 and Lake Cormorant at 3-0. Madison Central and Hattiesburg are ranked 14th and 15th, respectively, both with 1-2 records.

D'Iberville is 16th at 3-0, with Poplarville 17th at 3-0 and Germantown 18th at 1-2. Jackson Prep is 19th at 4-0, followed by Lanier at 3-0.

Kosciusko, at 3-0, ranks 21st, while Grenada is 22nd at 2-0. Pascagoula and Hartfield Academy are 23rd and 24th, each at 2-1, and Noxubee County rounds out the rankings at No. 25 with a 3-0 record.
