Southern Miss will play former coach Will Hall at Tulane on Saturday, with the Golden Eagles entering the matchup as 18-point underdogs, according to an opinion published by Blake Levine Sports Reporter.
The matchup is portrayed as especially significant for Southern Miss if the team does not reach six wins this season. Southern Miss previously won the game with Hall as its coach.

The opinion says a loss by more than 18 points would be demoralizing, while a close loss or a victory could bring renewed life to the season.
