Rivals ranks Brandon’s Joshua Parker No. 1 football recruit in Mississippi

Rivals has ranked Joshua Parker of Brandon as the No. 1 high school football recruit in Mississippi, according to Blake Levine Sports Reporter.

The ranking describes Parker as one of the fastest players in the country. He also has offers from many of the top college football programs, the report said.
