Rivals ranks Brandon’s Joshua Parker No. 1 football recruit in Mississippi

Rivals has ranked Joshua Parker of Brandon as the No. 1 high school football recruit in Mississippi, according to the Magnolia Shine Podcast.

Parker is also described as one of the fastest players in the country and as having offers from many of the top college football programs.
