Ole Miss rifle unveils 2026-27 schedule after NCAA smallbore title

The Ole Miss rifle program has unveiled its 2026-27 schedule, with competition beginning Sept. 26 in Oxford. The Rebels enter the season after winning the NCAA smallbore national title last season, while Audrey Gogniat repeated as the individual air rifle national champion. Gogniat and Gracie Dinh were later named CRCA All-Americans.

Gogniat and Dinh return for their second season under head coach Will Shaner, along with Jordan de Jesus and Regan Diamond. All home matches at the Ole Miss Rifle Range are scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. CT.

Ole Miss opens by hosting UT Martin and Ohio State on Sept. 26, followed by home matches against Memphis and Nebraska on Oct. 10. The Rebels then travel to Air Force in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for competitions Oct. 17-18.

The fall schedule concludes with a home match against Georgia Southern on Oct. 24, followed by road competitions at TCU on Nov. 7 and West Virginia on Nov. 14-15.

The 2027 portion of the schedule begins with home matches against UTEP and Western Kentucky on Jan. 16 and 17, respectively. Ole Miss then visits UTEP for a final tune-up on Jan. 23 before the PRC Championships in Lincoln, Nebraska, on Feb. 5-6.

The Rebels host Murray State on Feb. 13 and compete in the NCAA Qualifier in Memphis, Tennessee, on Feb. 20. The qualifier precedes the 2027 NCAA Championships in Statesboro, Georgia, where Ole Miss will seek to repeat as smallbore champion.
