Samuel Marshall named Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office August Employee of the Month

Deputy Samuel Marshall was named the Coahoma County Sheriff's Office August Employee of the Month, according to the sheriff's office.

During August, Marshall responded to 243 calls for service, including 198 self-initiated calls. He made nine arrests, including two felony arrests and four narcotics arrests, conducted 86 traffic stops, issued nine citations, and completed 43 extra patrols and business checks.

Marshall began his career with the sheriff's office as a Detention Officer before transferring to the Patrol Division and attending the Law Enforcement Academy.
