Mississippi corrections official hosts statewide training at Central Mississippi facility

Deputy Commissioner Kelley Christopher hosted a statewide training session at the Central Mississippi Correctional Facility for program directors, vocational directors, case manager supervisors and chaplains, according to the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Christopher manages the department’s Programs, Education and Reentry divisions. The gathering, held several days ago, focused on collaboration, teamwork and leadership, giving front-line team members an opportunity to discuss their importance in transforming lives within the agency.
