The Yazoo County Sheriff’s Office said three men were arrested in Yazoo City on charges related to drug possession and resisting police, according to a Facebook post.
The post identified the suspects as Curtis Matlock, 48; Carson Matlock, 21; and Cedric Jones, 39. It said they were arrested on charges of possession of meth, resisting arrest and failure to comply.
The sheriff’s office posted, “3 more drug dealers behind bars is a step closer to a cleaner Yazoo,” and thanked partner agencies for assisting in the effort to make the community safer, the post said.
