The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help locating Ashley Hudson of Columbus, Mississippi, who is wanted on a felony charge of embezzlement, the office said in a Facebook post.
Investigators are actively trying to locate Hudson and asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward. The sheriff’s office gave a tip line at (662) 328-6788 for information related to the case.
Tips may also be submitted to Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers at 1-800-530-7151 or anonymously through the T3 Tips app, the office said. The sheriff’s office said anonymity is guaranteed through Crime Stoppers and that a cash reward may be available if a tip leads to an arrest.
Columbus is in Lowndes County in eastern Mississippi. The sheriff’s office thanked the community for its support in keeping Lowndes County safe and noted that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
