Jackson police seek runaway 18-year-old

The Jackson Police Department said in a Facebook post that it is trying to locate 18-year-old Kaitlyn Santin, who ran away from an address in Jackson, Mississippi.

Police described Santin as 5-foot-2 and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She reportedly ran away from 805 Flag Chapel, Jackson, MS 39209, the post said.

The department asked anyone with information about Santin’s whereabouts to contact the Jackson Police Department at 601-906-7068. Law enforcement agencies routinely seek public help in missing-person cases because individuals who run away can be at increased risk and timely tips can be crucial to locating them quickly.

The Jackson Police Department is the primary law enforcement agency for Mississippi’s capital city and often uses social media to share urgent safety information with the community. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
