Gautier police seek stolen 1972 Chevrolet Nova

The Gautier Police Department is asking the public to help locate a stolen 1972 Chevrolet Nova taken from the Sandalwood neighborhood in Gautier around July 7, 2026, Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers said in a Facebook post.

The vehicle is described as silver with black stripes and bears a decal above the license plate that reads “it is what it is…” in black script, the post said.

Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers advised anyone with information about the vehicle’s whereabouts or who may have stolen it to submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers. The organization directs people to download the P3 Tips app or call Crime Stoppers. The post noted that to qualify for a reward, information must be submitted through Crime Stoppers.
