Northeast Mississippi Community College said Dr. Dawson, one of its associate degree nursing instructors, is preparing to travel to MD Anderson for breast cancer treatment.
The college expressed support for Dawson and said its community would be cheering for her, praying for her and looking forward to seeing her back on campus.
