Northeast Mississippi Community College discusses launching FAME chapter

Regional industry leaders met at Northeast Mississippi Community College to discuss partnering with the college to launch a chapter of the Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education, or FAME, at Northeast.

The FAME program pairs students with local manufacturers in an earn-while-you-learn apprenticeship. It combines coursework with paid on-the-job training.
