New Albany High School encourages students to check in on well-being
New Albany High School is encouraging its Bulldogs to pause for a mid-month check-in focused on their mental, emotional and academic well-being.
The message asks students to consider whether they are taking care of themselves, keeping up with schoolwork and feeling supported. It also reminds them that asking for help is OK and encourages them to contact a trusted adult, school counselor, friends, family or another member of their support system.
The post expresses pride in the students and closes with the message that they are “Better together.” It includes the hashtags #BulldogStrong, #MidMonthCheckIn, #BetterTogether and #YouGotThis.
