Gipson designates agricultural events as opportunities of merit for students

Mississippi Agriculture Commissioner Andy Gipson has issued an order designating certain agricultural educational events as opportunities of substantial merit for Mississippi students.

The order is intended to help 4-H and FFA students attend agricultural, livestock, horse and related educational events. Qualifying absences may be considered excused with approval from school administrators.
