The Mississippi Department of Human Services is encouraging businesses to connect employees with workforce development opportunities, saying training and education can help workers advance and improve the quality of their work.
The agency promotes the initiative with the message, “Growing people grows businesses.” More information is available at https://www.mdhs.ms.gov/workforce/.
