Tupelo police arrested James H. Owens, 63, on Dec. 17 on a fourth-offense driving under the influence charge.

Officers pulled over Owens on South Gloster Street during a traffic stop on Dec. 16 after observing possible signs of intoxication. They arrested him on misdemeanor charges and took him to Lee County Jail.
