The Olive Branch Fire Department will visit the B.J. Chain Public Library on Wednesday, October 7, to teach the public about fire safety and offer a tour of a fire truck.
The announcement identified Ken Adams as the mayor of Olive Branch.

A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
