A free car seat check event is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. The event will run from noon to 2 p.m. at 1100 Belk Drive.
Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians will inspect attendees’ current car seats, answer questions and help ensure the seats are properly installed. Infant, convertible, forward-facing and booster seats are welcome, and no appointment is necessary.
