The guide covers how businesses can use their current performance to build an annual budget intended to keep operations on track. It also outlines practical financial-planning steps for creating a reliable business financial plan for the coming year.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel.
