Strong storms possible in northeast Mississippi this afternoon

A few strong storms may develop over northeast Mississippi this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service in Memphis, Tennessee.

One or two storms could produce a wind gust near severe limits, but the overall chances for severe weather are low.
