Mississippi Outdoors crew pursues an inshore slam near Ocean Springs

The Mississippi Outdoors crew traveled to Ocean Springs on a chilly October morning for a day of inshore fishing with Jeremy Bass, Noel Bass and Thomas Hogue.

The group pursued a Mississippi Gulf Coast inshore slam, defined in the source as catching a speckled trout, redfish and flounder on the same day.

With the three species as their goal, the crew worked the coastal waters around Ocean Springs to try to find all of them within one day.
