Meridian high school football games set for Friday

Friday night high school football returns to Meridian with two games scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, according to the City of Meridian-Government.

Meridian High will host Columbus, while Lamar will play Starkville Academy. The city encouraged fans to support the Wildcats and Raiders and fill the stands.
