Abducted child alert issued for 6 year old

ABDUCTED CHILD ALERT:

Lebanon (TN) Police Department Our department is in the process of issuing an Amber Alert pertaining to a non-custodial family abduction. Warrants are being obtained at this time.

The missing child, Jocelyn Kennedy Tall, is 6yrs old, 3 ft. 5 in. and 60 lbs. She has curly brown hair, with a small mole on the left side of her face.

Suspected in the abduction is the biological non-custodial mother, Krystal Tall, along with the grandmother, Connie Lovering. They may be driving a 2010 or newer burgundy 4 door Hyundai SUV with TN or AL plates. Last seen at appx. 1500 hrs this date.

A previous restraining order was issued on the mother, not to be around the child. The order states that due to an immediate threat of harm, no contact shall be made.
