Mississippi has declared a day of mourning for Claiborne County Sheriff’s Deputy Terrian Bailey, with flags ordered to be flown at half-staff across the state in his honor.
The announcement also described Bailey as having provided selfless service and asked people to pray for his family and fellow law enforcement officers.
