I-20 Ramp to Be Temporarily Closed on Thursday

On Wednesday, the Mississippi Department of Transportation announced a temporary ramp closure on Interstate 20 scheduled for Thursday.

The closure will take place 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

The ramp that will be closed is the westbound I-20 ramp to I-220 northbound in Hinds County for the reason of milling operations.

Officials said westbound I-20 traffic will be best served by turning around at the State Route 18 exit and taking I-20 eastbound to I-220 northbound.
