Future cadets take Pre-PT Test ahead of Mississippi State Trooper path

Future cadets recently took the Pre-PT Test as they move toward Cadet Class 71, according to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. The test offered an early look at the physical standards, discipline and determination required to become a Mississippi State Trooper.

The department said the test is part of the path toward earning a badge and encouraged people interested in becoming state troopers to stay ready for a potential opportunity.
