Vicksburg police continue strategic planning in command staff meeting

Vicksburg Police Department said in a Facebook post that its command staff met again to evaluate ongoing initiatives and discuss future goals as the department works to move forward.

The department said each meeting provides an opportunity to build on existing work and ensure progress through planning and collaboration. It said the sessions focus on behind-the-scenes work intended to support safer streets and stronger community partnerships.

The Vicksburg Police Department is the municipal law enforcement agency that serves the city of Vicksburg, Mississippi.
