Pike County Sheriff’s Office announces raffle

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office announced a raffle in a brief post on its official Facebook page, the office’s Public Relations Department said.

The social media post also included the hashtag #ServiceBeforeSelf but provided no additional details about dates, prizes, ticket prices or beneficiaries.

Raffles and similar events are commonly used by local law enforcement agencies to raise funds for community programs, training, equipment or victims’ services, though the sheriff’s office did not specify any particular purpose for this event.

Residents seeking more information are advised to check the Pike County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page or contact the agency’s public relations office directly for updates. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
