Jackson police seek suspects in early-morning vehicle burglaries

JACKSON — The Jackson Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying suspects in a series of vehicle burglaries during the early morning hours of Feb. 11, police said.

Investigators said suspects entered multiple vehicles and stole personal property in the 5600 block of Keele Street and the 200 block of Briarwood Drive. Authorities released still images of individuals captured in the area at the time, police said.

Anyone who recognizes the people in the images or who has surveillance footage from the area is urged to contact the Jackson Police Department or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers, police said.

Police reminded residents to lock vehicles and remove valuables to help prevent theft. Vehicle burglaries can cause financial loss and disrupt neighborhoods, and law enforcement often relies on public tips and video to identify suspects. The investigation remains ongoing. This is a developing story and will be updated as more details emerge.
