Jackson County seeks man in Biloxi auto burglary

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is seeking Gregory Lee McKee, 25, on one count of auto burglary, Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers said in a Facebook post. The agency identified the case as No. 2026008149.

McKee was last seen driving a white 2012 Cadillac SUV with Mississippi license plate HBF 997, the post said. During the burglary a blue Taurus 9mm firearm was stolen.

Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers said McKee’s last known address was in the Biloxi area. Anyone with information is asked to submit tips through the P3 Tips app or by calling the Crime Stoppers tip line. To qualify for a reward, information must come through Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers programs typically take anonymous tips and may offer rewards for information that leads to arrests. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is handling the investigation. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This is a developing story and will be updated as more details emerge.
