The Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office posted a cover photo on its official Facebook page, according to the agency’s social media account.
The sheriff’s office is the primary law enforcement agency for Coahoma County in northwestern Mississippi, responsible for patrol, investigations and county jail operations. Many local agencies use social media to share information with residents, post notices and highlight community programs.
Officials did not provide additional information about the image in the post. Social media updates from sheriff’s offices can serve as tools for community engagement, transparency and public safety messaging, including alerts about road closures, missing persons or neighborhood events.
