Northeast officer reads to preschoolers in early childhood program

Campus Police Officer Jeremy Pace spent a morning reading to preschoolers in Northeast Mississippi Community College’s Early Childhood Education Program, according to a post from the college.

The college’s Early Childhood Education Technology program allows students to earn a two-year degree while gaining classroom experience.

Graduates often work as private childcare providers, preschool teacher’s aides, public pre-K or kindergarten teacher’s assistants, child care center directors, Head Start teachers and nannies.
