Blue Mountain Christian University said its 2026 BMCU College Fair was a success, bringing colleges and mentors to campus to help students explore educational opportunities.
The university said its range of programs gives students multiple paths to consider and opportunities to pursue degrees aligned with their interests. The fair was intended to help students learn about those options and see opportunities available at BMCU.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel. A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
