Annsley Hall has been named the Oxford School District’s Brag Box Winner of the Week, according to a district announcement.
Hall has stepped into a new district and a new role this year and has shown a willingness to learn and grow. A colleague said Hall asks thoughtful questions, approaches challenges with a solution-focused mindset and continues to adapt with a positive attitude.
Hall is serving the district as an instructional coach and supporting its teachers. The district invited the community to congratulate Hall.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel. A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
