The Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and the Mississippi Beef Council will honor veterans with complimentary brisket biscuits during the Mississippi State Fair, held Oct. 8-18.
Veterans can receive a free biscuit by presenting valid identification at the fair’s Biscuit Booth. The biscuits are made possible by State Fair sponsors Kroger and Blackburn Syrup.

The brisket biscuit also will be available for purchase by all fairgoers at the booth.
