Tupelo postpones Family Fun Day; Chili Fest planned at Fairpark

Family Fun Day at The Depot in Tupelo, scheduled for October 10, has been postponed because of a forecasted storm and strong winds, according to the City of Tupelo Mayor’s Office.

Organizers thanked nonprofit partners, sponsors and participants who had planned to attend. They said residents should watch the city’s social media channels for updates as they hope to revisit the event in the future.

Tupelo Chili Fest is scheduled for October 16 at Fairpark as part of the Fall Into Tupelo 2026 activities.
