Pike County sheriff thanks Patrol Division for service to community

Pike County Sheriff Bryant “Wally” Jones expressed appreciation for the Pike County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and its work protecting and serving county residents.

Jones recognized patrol personnel for answering calls, patrolling communities, responding to emergencies, assisting citizens and maintaining a visible presence throughout Pike County. He said their commitment, professionalism, courage and dedication make a difference.

He also acknowledged the demands of the job, including long hours, difficult situations, missed time with family and the responsibility of making decisions when people need help most.

Jones said the Patrol Division upholds the values of service, integrity, accountability, professionalism and compassion. He called for continued teamwork and support among the division as it remains committed to keeping Pike County safe.
