Pets'ember will return to the DeSoto County Animal Shelter in Nesbit, offering low-cost vaccines, testing and microchipping for pets.
The event is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 18, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 19, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will be held at 1251 Humane Way, Nesbit, MS 38651.

Services start at $10 and include pet vaccines, microchipping and canine heartworm testing. Feline FeLV/FIV combo testing will be available for $15.
Pets'ember services are limited to DeSoto County residents, who must provide proof of residency. Appointments are not required. For more information, residents can call Animal Services at 662-469-8004.
