The Pascagoula Police Department celebrated Officer Seals’ birthday and praised his service to the city. The department said Seals has served and protected Pascagoula for more than one year and described his work as wonderful.
The department also said Seals has a bright future in law enforcement and Pascagoula while wishing him a happy birthday.
Jon Ross Myers founded Mississippi News Group in 2013. Before founding the organization, he worked at The Daily Mississippian, The Marion Salute and The Southern Sentinel. A Mississippi journalist and writer based in Ripley, he received second place in poetry in the 2025 William Faulkner Literary Competition for "The Garden."
